I am turning 45 in November and on a journey to change my life. I have wasted so much time in my lifetime on absolute rubbish and lies, clinging to emotional crutches and physical addictions that I am getting increasingly more possessive of my time, thoughts, and how I am going to spend the better half of my life. Call it a mid-life crisis or growing up or being pre-menopausal but I am unwilling to continue this mediocre existence of mine. I`ve been watching many many videos as well as reading about energy, manifesting, meditation, and visualization and I am still navigating my way through all of this information while trying to remain faithful to my relationship with God as many of these exercises are geared toward energy and the "universe" and "life`s magic". I believe that God only wants the very best for me and that He wants me to prosper and achieve greatness as long as all of these blessings do not deter me from serving Him.
